Evaluation Plans for Grant Proposals

We work closely with PIs on grant proposals to design evaluation plans, write the evaluation section and develop the evaluation budget.

• Plans to measure program outcomes
• Plans to obtain feedback for program improvement
• Evaluation methods and metrics

Post-Award Evaluation

We implement evaluation plans, review evaluation data with PI’s and evaluation committees and co-develop plans to modify programs in response to evaluation findings.

• Surveys, focus groups, interviews, observations
• Analysis of qualitative & quantitative data
• Co-develop recommendations for program improvement

Training & Capacity Building

We offer workshops for T32 training grant directors and staff in February and September each year to help them design evaluation plans for new T32 proposals and renewals.
